Well-Being Day – A Holistic Approach to Health and Balanced Living

Inspired by a life in balance, personal development, and self-care, the Well-Being Day event brought together a large number of experts and enthusiasts of healthy living on October 5th in Zvezdara Forest. Organized by the Life Balance portal, the event promoted a holistic approach to life and health through lectures, experiential workshops, panel discussions, and an exhibition space dedicated to physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The goal was to create a positive and encouraging environment where participants could engage in activities that promote a mindful and healthy lifestyle.

Expert Lectures

The Well-Being Day program featured lectures from renowned experts, including:

Jelena Pack, a naturopath specializing in women’s reproductive health and president of the organization “Yellow Rope.”

Milena Davinić, a physician and holistic therapist, who combined classical and quantum medicine, Reiki, and Gestalt psychotherapy into a unique healing approach.

Vanja Koksanič, a physiotherapist, phytotherapist, and aromaphytotherapist, who presented the benefits of aromaphytotherapy and the use of essential oils.

Nevena Veselinović, a bioengineering graduate and founder of the Veganluk dietary concept, who spoke about plant-based diets and their health benefits.

Desimir D. Ivanović, founder of the Diada school, psychotherapist, and coach, who provided insights into the clearing method and its significance for financial well-being.

Jasmina Mitrović, a Bach practitioner and life coach, who introduced the natural cosmetics brand “Yassessential” and a personal development program.

Marko Milićević, a PEAT mentor and coach for emotional awareness, who discussed the importance of emotional work.

Valentina Relković Radonjić, transactional and Gestalt psychotherapist.

Vladimir Zujović, psychologist and Gestalt psychotherapist.

Interactive sessions included various workshops, such as Pilates, dance, sound therapy, and hypnotherapy:

Mirjana Jemović, a professional fitness instructor, led Pilates classes.

Yana Veberova, a dance therapist, presented integral dance.

Milica Stojković, a facial yoga instructor, shared secrets for maintaining a youthful appearance.

Milena Maravić, an Access Bars instructor, introduced participants to the world of transformation tools.

Overa Ivanović, a master in pedagogy and hypnotherapist, conducted hypnotherapy sessions focusing on spiritual regression.

Adrijana Trmčić, a Bach practitioner, provided insights into the holistic approach of Bach therapy.

Elizabeta Knežević, an emotional therapist, shared techniques for releasing emotional burdens from the past.

Well-Being Day demonstrated the importance of nurturing balance and mindfulness in everyday life, providing a platform for sharing knowledge, experiences, and support on the path to holistic well-being.
